This save file has Evergreen Harbour fully upgraded in terms of the Green Intiative NAP and Modern Developments NAP. It also has the 3 community lots built across each neighbourhood to support each category - maker, gardening and market community lots.

There is a visual glitch in one of the neighbourhoods within some neighbourhood roof lines. Unfortunately, I have been unable to fix this so it may appear in your game.
